(Original Caption) Srang, Cambodia: Cambodian troops fail in second day heavy fighting to recapturing town of Srang, 26 miles south of Phnom Penh. One battalion of Cambodian troops closed to within one mile from Srang but downpinned by heavy automatic weapons and mortar fire. Battalion falls into rice paddies with some trench water and burrows down under heavy enemy fire.
