Beirut, LEBANON: Candles lit the pictures of Lebanese civilians, who went missing in Lebanon's 1975-1990 civil war, during a ceremony organized by Offer Joie -- Give Joy -- Non Govermental Organisation, 23 February 2007 to honor them at the steps of Lebanese Museum that was the demarcation line the split Beirut into halves during the civil war. Fear of renewed civil war in Lebanon is prompting scores of civil movements to organize ceremonies to remind population of the disasters of the war.
