Dining Guide Art from the Salt Exchange on Commercial St. in Portland. -- New on the menu is a more relaxed food entre called a Wagyu BeefBurger with Taleggio Cheese, Applewood Bacon, Haystack Onions with onion marmalade, spicy mayo and house-made potato chips; and a Small Bites appetizer, an order of Bang Island Mussells with roasted garlic herb butter, vermouth, and applewood bacon all on a bed of salt.
