Keady, an ex-soccer coach for St. John's University, filed a lawsuit against the college charging he was forced out of his job after refusing to wear Nike clothing during games. The Queens university signed a contract with Nike last year accepting $3.5 million and clothing in exchange for requiring its players and coaches to wear the company's goods during games, the suit contends.
