TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY MOHAMAD ALI HARISSI A picture taken on April 9, 2015 shows the building which used to house the first diplomatic French mission to Libya in the Old City of the capital Tripoli. In 2001 the building was renovated by the state and turned into a cultural centre called Dar Hassan al-Faqih Hassan. In the second world war, the French sold this house to a local resident, and the French consulate moved to an area outside the old city.
