Creek Flowing Through the Woods of the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. This was a roadside stop along the Cascade River Road with Monogram Creek flowing downstream. With the number of waterfalls I had a chance to come across during this trip in Washington, I had quite a few times to practice metering and composing them, adjusting that right exposure with a long shutter speed and variable neutral density filter. With this image, I was able to bring out a milkier look to the waters (and not blowing any highlights) while keeping much of the vibrant colors or the forest around me.
