House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy of California says history is against Republicans as for any first term president in an off year as President Obama had lost 63 seats, noting that former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg spent over $100 million, effective in defeating Republican women but history did not always prove out directly because since 1992 where a retired member seat was transferred whereas the first Korean-American was winning in a California count and Bloomberg did not defeat all.
