DJIBOUTI - JANUARY 31: In this handout footage provided by U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Navy Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, completed and handed over the newly constructed Ali Oune Medial Clinic to Djibouti Government officials during a opening ceremony at the clinic. The 2,900-square-foot clinic, which took five months to complete by the Seabees is intended to enhance the Ministry of Health for Djibouti's ability to provide basic medical, birth and after care to the residents and rural neighbours of Ali Oune.
