North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis says hours after the House Judiciary Committee met without hearing from Attorney General Bill Barr scheduled to testify a day after he appeared with the Senate Judiciary Committee that a request for special counsel Robert Mueller to appear could not do more than was embodied in his report in full view of the American public, Tillis saying critics what Mueller's advice on preventing Russia from tampering in US elections, Tillis not needing a lawyer's advice, nor since Mueller was not a cyber security and election safety expert but a prosecutor who finished his job, other critics leveling that the Trump administration had not taken aggressive actions to prevent pressure from penetrating state election systems but had as he learned at classified briefings.
