‘Stop Kavanaugh’– Demonstrators rally prior Friday’s procedural vote in the Senate.
Protesters rally against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh on Thursday October 04, 2018 in Washington, DC. Demonstrators marched to the US Supreme Court where they rallied and proceeded to march and enter the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill where they held a massive protest. Multiple arrests were made when demonstrators staged an act of civil disobedience by doing a sit-in (or sit-down). Kavanaugh's confirmation process was interrupted for less than a week allowing FBI investigators to look into allegations by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, a California professor who accuses Judge Kavanaugh of sexual assault. #cancelkavanaugh #MeToo (Footage by Tomas Abad/Getty Images).
