Wen Ho Lee hearing in Albuquerque

Dr. Lee was supposed to be released from prison on Monday but problems with a plea bargain agreement postponed a resolution in the case. A hearing is scheduled to resume at 9 a.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2000. Dr. Lee has been jailed since Dec. 10 on 59 counts of breaching national security that carry a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
