Habitat Hero Award Dinner

CHICAGO, IL - JUNE 09: Event Co-Chair Tony Gambell, Partner, McKinsey & Company, presents the Habitat Hero Award to The Valspar at the inaugural Habitat Hero Award Dinner held June 9 at the Loews Chicago Hotel. Valspar and John Edwardson, retired CEO of CDW, were honored, recognizing decades of leadership and commitment in their roles working with Habitat in the Chicago area and beyond. Over 300 guests toasted the awardees and helped commemorate 40 years of Habitat for Humanity building strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. The night raised over $900,000 to create a better life for families across the region, including a $100,000+ paddle raise to cover the average cost of building a Habitat home.
