Nick Edmund GlobalGolf4Cancer Wild Atlantic Way Charity Walk Conclusion
KINSALE, IRELAND - NOVEMBER 17: Nick Edmund seen here on November 17, 2017 having his scalp wound tended to by Tissue Viability Nurse Dawn Hughes in the London Bridge Hospital fifteen days after a 10 hour scalp replacement operation to treat an agressive head and neck cancer tumour. The operation was performed by Jean-Pierre Jeanon and William Townley. The vital operation delayed the start of the final two month walk of his 'GlobalGolf4Cancer' walk along the Wild Atlantic Way from Malin Head in Donegal to the Old Head Golf Links in County Cork. The walk in total took four months and was 2000 kilometres in length. Along the way Nick raised the special blue GlobalGolf4Cancer pin flag on the fourth hole of 40 golf courses culminating with the final hole at the Old Head Golf Links on May 4, 2018 in Kinsale, Ireland.
