Minutemen Construct Border Fence On Private Property

PALOMINAS, AZ - MAY 27: Two members of Groupo Beta a Mexican Government Immigration agency, Bertha de La Rosa (l) and Hector Salazar who watch over Mexican Borders, keeps an eye from their pickup truck, on the large group of volunteers from the Minuteman Civil Defense Corp. across the border, as they install a a line of new fence posts, that will be the start of the first private security fencing at the border with Mexico, to be put on private land using private donations. The Minutemen began clearing brush along a strip of land on the Arizonan border with Mexico, early this week, that will be ten miles long, when the double layered twenty foot high fencing is done sometime this summer. After speeches were made by various visiting politicians, the double layered fencing post were placed in concrete and barb wire was strung from post to post by volunteers who came from all over the USA to help build the fence.
