It was constructed to mark the silver jubilee of King Goerge V, by A Hindu businessman Seth Wadho Malh Nebhau Malh Manjhari. The clock tower was inaugurated in 1937, by then collector of Sukkur, UM Mirchandani. It is 90 feet high and have clocks on its four sides which were stolen by the passage of time.It is the busiest place of the city surrounded by Victoria Market and other bazaars in the adjoining areas.
