Congresswoman Malliotakis calls congestion pricing a scam at news conference
New York Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis says at a news conference critical of an approved plan by Governor Kathy Hochul to impose traffic congestion pricing on vehicles to enter parts of Manhattan that the plan is a scam and cash grab by the MTA to fill an endless financial black hole, prompting them to join multiple lawsuits against the Governor's plan which they believe violates federal law.
